Mayell, in 1955 who was considered to be the &#8220;father&#8221; of todays condominium. This means that it is Mills Act approved: a person who owns here only pays half the property tax. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Despite the fact that is was built in 1955, it has been well maintained through out the years. It is one of the cleanest condominiums in Los Angeles, and has won a award for best condominium to live in 1998. </span></p>
